Great food, great hosts and, in summer, a beautiful beer garden with a view of the Moselle. Absolutely fair in terms of price and constantly changing specials on the menu.

We have been to your beautiful terrace several times. Now we have tried the food to go again and again in times of Corona. Very nice on the phone as always. Not realizing that was stress. Food tasted very, very good. Large portions very well seasoned. Great fish, very good salad. Everything tasted very good to us. Lovingly packed, packed in cardboard trays wherever possible. Most beautiful terrace between Trier and Koblenz. The food is great and can even inspire you to go in lockdown. I can particularly recommend the Bifteki with French fries and tzatziki.

We were welcomed very friendly. The restaurant is located directly on the Moselle and you have a great view. The food was freshly prepared and tasted delicious! We would definitely come back.

We stayed 2 nights in the adjacent hotel. We ate both nights at alter Moselgarten Cycle touring for 7 weeks and this was really decent good value food Delicious fish one night. Good mousaka Salads not drowned in bottled dressing. Friendly service Greek influences. Recommended !

A simple but warm restaurant that knows how to impress with its delicious dishes and a cozy atmosphere. Nice and attentive staff, we always like to eat here. 👍

Highly recommended, rarely experienced such a nice and especially child-friendly service ..... we will definitely come back when we are around ..... Super nice service and delicious food. Although the kitchen was already closed, the boss quickly conjured up something delicious for us, as we were out all day and were really hungry. Thank you for such a great service. We will be back definitely

We went on a weekend trip to the Moselle and even dined here on two consecutive evenings (the choice is very limited in the area). We found the food rather average, the menu manageable and not very creative. All the dishes were only slightly seasoned, the grilled vegetables in the salad tasted like old frying fat. Overall, everything looks a bit old-fashioned, but the location with a view of the Moselle is great and makes up for the otherwise unappealing ambience. Unfortunately, we experienced an absolute no-go on evening two: after waiting a short time in front of the locked door, the waitress greeted us and excused the waiting time by saying that everything had to be cleaned first due to the corona requirements (which we did had absolute understanding). Then there was extensive blasphemy about the previously present guests - who must have complained about a long waiting time - literal excerpt: "... the lady who, by the way, was at least three times as strong as me". In the course of the evening, the said service came up to us and was upset that these guests would have left a bad review straight away. Since when have you openly talked about your own guests? In our view, longer waiting times are not a problem in the current situation, but the service tended to stroll around and chat, which means that delays can hardly be explained by corona requirements. The guests behind us were told: “Your food is coming soon, you obviously have time.” By good service, we mean something else. If you also read through the public reactions of the owner to criticism, your appetite will be lost. Unfortunately, we found the external appearance and professionalism of this place to be underground and therefore do not recommend it to anyone.

Our visit today was great. Not only the great view (view directly on the Moselle) but also the ambience in the restaurant and the dishes were very convincing. We were served in a friendly manner and the current guidelines were very pleasantly observed. There was also a parking lot right next door for a great visit and delicious food. Everything is fantastic, we'd love to come back.

Very nice large garden with enough space. Nice personel . Unfortunately we only ate sheep cheese and tzatziki because we weren't hungry. But that was very good. We would love to come back.

Sat inside. Very nicely decorated. Pork tenderloin was supposed to be pink but was well done, which was a pity but otherwise everything tasted good and friendly service

Wonderful place on the banks of the Moselle, perfect for an aperitif with dinner at sunset, friendly and helpful staff, unlimited beer and many things to taste while immersing yourself in the breathtaking view. Super recommended!

Very nice waitresses brought delicious food :) Meal menu not overloaded ... good home-style and Greek specialties. Were well looked after and felt comfortable. We'd love to come back; ideally enjoy the view in the sunshine and wheat beer on the terrace.

Great food, but the service was a bit slow. However, you are here in a beautiful place so waiting is not such a problem.

Delicious food, highly recommended. Compliments for the service and the chefs. We had a gyros that was really well prepared with excellent potatoes and everything fresh. Small menu, so the food tastes excellent, as it should in a restaurant. Home made tzatziki sauce. Price quality ratio is really great. You get value for money and it is not too expensive .. the view is also beautiful. If we are in the area again we will definitely go back.

Hello dear Moselgarten team, Since I learned last night that there have been some people who think they have to write outrageous reviews, especially now (when everything is much more difficult anyway), I would like to write the first review I have ever written today. forgiven you. We come up close, but unfortunately we haven't been here as often because we don't eat so often. But the times we were here we always felt comfortable. The waitresses were friendly and even had time for a little chat! The food is fresh and tastes delicious. The map is clear, but still sufficient. I prefer a small selection that is good for that anyway! The food came within half an hour, which I think is a time that is perfectly fine for freshly cooked. Finally, I go to eat to relax and don't keep an eye on the clock. The location is beautiful, with a view of the Moselle! I wish you a good season and we will be happy to come back. Do not let the few negative reviews influence you and just keep going !!! 😊

We spend 2 days in Brodenbach and on both days we ate here - it was worth to come back. The service was great and very friendly. They found a table for us even though it was totally full. They prepare everything fresh so maybe sometime you have to wait a bit but that's for sure a good decision. Definitely worth a stop!

very good vegetarian option. You dont find that very often in this region exept flamkuchen and pasta. a "vegetarische Auflauf" a dish from oven , it was very tasty.

I had the porkchop and it tasted great. I will definatly eat here again during my stay. A pretty view, nice people, and good food, what do you want more? Keep up the good work.

Good pub atmosphere, nice big plates of good hearty food!

Order a vegetarian plate and got an oven dish which had some pieces of bacon in it. The chef apologised and brought a new dish without meat. The dish were meditteranean vegetables with some cheese and a dip baked in the oven. This resulted in half cooked veggies. I would have given this restaurant 3 stars but at the end the waitress asked everybody to write a 5 star review on google and checked to make sure everyone did so. She gave some free things to motivate us to write a good review. But this is not the purpose of google reviews. Restaurants earn a good rating by making good food and good service. So this is why my review has only 1 star. They have a high rating because of this. The food and service deserves 3 stars.

As a group travelling through Germany, we stopped off here for a meal not quite knowing what we would be expecting, but were pleasantly surprised by the Greek cuisine offered by the establishment which was well presented and served promptly. Even as a large group, we were provided with excellent service by friendly staff. 5 stars.

After ordering drinks, we were ready to order food. But even with signing to the (blonde, middle aged) waitress several times, she didn't help us. She left us waiting for 40 minutes while helping others. Then we left.

We were very welcome and the chef prepared a special salad and the souvlaki was Greek quality. This all for a very affordable price inclding drinks and coffee

Nice little restaurant with terrace. Ambience is reminiscent of beer garden. The selection of food and drinks is not very large. It tasted delicious and the plates were nicely decorated. The waitress was very friendly, however she forgot our appetizer first and later our second order for drinks, although it was not overly crowded. Hence a star deduction.
